Important Notes about Gloss Material
Between July and September 2020, when choosing BnB Black Gloss you may receive either all gloss, or Gloss with Matte on the opposite side. For BNB Gloss and Matte Variants, we are switching to P95 Matte, which has Gloss on one side and Matte on the opposite side. This will not affect the functionality or outward appearance of the BNB Fightstick.
The top two panels of the BNB Gloss Clear Panel Plexi Fightstick consist of the control panel and supporting panel. The clear control panel provides installation for pushbuttons and will protect and display custom printed artwork. The supporting black panel contains the joystick mount (as applicable to the layout) and mount for PCB. It also contains an open space for the pushbuttons, shaped to the button configuration. Both are .177" (4.49mm) thick, and possess contour screw holes for use with a set of 8 Bbolts for BNB Fightsticks - Black or Silver, and Set of 2 Bolts and Nuts for BNB Fightsticks PCB Mount.
The all black BnB is designed for those who love the often sleek presentation of an all black Fightstick, or black with highlights of color that can make it stand out. Gloss has the darkest color and sleekest presentation, though important to note that gloss is more difficult to keep clean or free of visible fingerprints. Matte is slghtly brighter so it will not directly match solid black accessories, but is smudge and fingerprint-resistant. Please refer to the photos below for comparison between gloss and matte texture.
Pre-Wrapped in Paper or Film Backing
The panels are cut from acrylic sheets with protective brown paper or blue plastic film. You may see scratches or wear on the paper or film as the sheets are cut and transported from the acrylic manufacturer to us, and should not appear on the plexiglass once removed. To remove the film, use a fingernail on any available corner and proceed to pull away at the backing. The paper or film does not have adhesive and should not leave residue on the plexiglass.
