If you place an order for a personalized product along with non-custom products, such as arcade part or merchandise, please note that all products will ship together. We ask for a minimum of 7-10 business days to process custom orders and prepare for shipping, as we often have a large queue, and personalized orders require additional processing work. If you desire to receive your non-custom products earlier, then please place two separate orders. This will allow the non-custom orders to ship within our normal 1-2 business days.
The art cover replacement top panel offers one of the best ways to customize your joystick. The plexiglass sits atop specially cut artwork, allowing you to add or replace new custom artwork to match your joystick theme.

HitBox Panel Template (PS3/PS4 Model - Includes Korean and Japanese lever, 1.9Mb zip) |
The latest model of Omni is compatible with Playstation 3 & 4. We do not have access to older models of Etokki Omni and cannot yet confirm that earlier models are compatible. Please note that the Omni already has its own removable panel for artwork. Purchasing this panel would serve as a replacement or customized alternative for the existing panel.
The Omni is secured silver Torx T8 screws at top, and black Phillips head at the bottom. Please note that both the top panel and bottom panel screws are quite small and may be difficult to replace if lost.

Removing the bottom panel, take note of the wiring as you must remove the punch and kick buttons to remove the top panel's plexi. This photo can serve as a reference for matching wiring color when reinstalling the buttons. | All other elements in the original ETokki Korean configuration can remain wired. If you purchased the Sanwa configuration, you wlll need to remove the balltop from the joystick shaft since the plexi's joystick lever hole is smaller than the balltop. |

Once bottom panel is removed and separated from top panel, plus buttons are removed from top panel, you can now lift the original panel from the metal top. If you purchased custom artwork, it is placed underneath the plexi and secured with the top panel torx screws. Replace the panel and screws, then the punch and kick buttons, and rewire the buttons. Close the unit by attaching the bottom panel with the bottom panel Phillips head screws. |

Partial and Full EtchEtching on plexi provides you an extra layer for personalizing your control panel. Artwork is etched onto the bottom of clear plexi, or on top of opaque or translucent color plexi. You have two options to choose. ![]() ![]() Partial Etch (Sample Illustration)
Full Etch (Sample Illustration)
Partial EtchA partial etch is a graphic up to 5 inches square, placed nearly anywhere on the control panel face. You can etch a logo, name/handle, or illustration. Please note that this is not the same as etched text; you will submit the graphic to us for etching. To place an order for a partial etch, select the "Partial (5"x5")" option next to the "Full or Partial Etching" label. We must know where to place your etch graphic on the panel, so be sure to provide placement instructions within the "Additional Instructions" text form, or submit the graphic using our Photoshop template. If we don't have this, we will put the task on hold, and send a message asking for clarification on where you want the graphic to appear on the panel. Full EtchA full etch can occupy the entire area of the control panel. It can consist of a single illustration, or multiple illustrations placed strategically on the control panel. To submit your graphic, please use our Photoshop template and click "Choose file" next to "Submit Etch Artwork". Please note: On some models, a full etch graphic is not available, as the plexi used for that model is thinner than .060" and thus can warp under the heat that is generated from a laser etching machine. Etch Graphic ResolutionIt is recommended that the graphic submitted is high-resolution - between 300dpi or 600dpi (dots per inch). Anything less may etch with less fidelity. Click for more information about submitting etch artwork.
Additional InstructionsIf you would like to clarify something regarding your personalization that wasn't covered in the options, you can complete the "Additional Instructions" form. Please do not make requests for customization outside of the requirements of the plexi, such as fixing your graphic, or creating a logo, as any orders placed in "HOLD" status is pushed to the bottom of the queue until it is changed back to "IN PROGRESS".
