COVID-19: USA/GLOBAL SHIPPING NOTICE [ INFO ]
A quick word regarding COVID-19, domestic USPS/FedEx Ground tracking issues plus international shipping precautions.
If you place an order for a personalized product along with non-custom products, such as arcade part or merchandise, please note that all products will ship together. We ask for a minimum of 7-10 business days to process custom orders and prepare for shipping, as we often have a large queue, and personalized orders require additional processing work. If you desire to receive your non-custom products earlier, then please place two separate orders. This will allow the non-custom orders to ship within our normal 1-2 business days.
The art cover replacement top panel offers one of the best ways to customize your arcade Fightstick. The plexiglass sits atop specially cut artwork, allowing you to add or replace new custom artwork to match your joystick theme.

Atrox (Xbox One, Xbox 360) Panel Template (1.7Mb zip) |
The Atrox's original panel has a unique thickness that is not common with acrylic manufacturers. This led us to find a panel that is slightly thinner than the more common 1/8". The replacement panel is .100" (2.54mm) - slightly thicker than the original Razer Atrox panel .80" (2.03mm). Razer's unique bevel screw install is replicated in the plexi by gradually cutting away at the hole area. This allows the original Atrox screws to fit.
Note: This product is not compatible with the Razer Panthera for Sony PS4™.

The Razer Atrox has a much simpler, user-friendly approach to customization than the more recent PS4 iteration, the Panthera. The Atrox features replaceable paper artwork under a removable panel, held together by a screw and nut combination. This means that unless you require a replacement panel, or customized one, you can keep the same panel when you replace artwork. You do not have to buy a new blank panel. |
The panel is held in place with a unique, low profile screw and nut combination. The nut appears on the top part of the original panel. The screw is underneath it. Here is a photo of the two pieces. The nut is at left, and screw at right. |

Open the Atrox by pressing the button with logo on the Fightstick's front panel. The top panel will disconnect from the bottom and swing upwards. Take note of the wiring, as you will need to remove the buttons. Thankfully, a wiring guide is located under the top panel, as shown in the above photo. With needle-nose pliers, remove each wire from the button by pinching on the disconnect. You can press onto a small tab on each disconnect to easily remove it from the button microswitch terminals. Additionally, remove the black balltop by placing a flathead screwdriver at the base of the joystick lever shaft. There is a small groove across the shaft that the flathead can fit into. Next, twist the ball counter-clockwise while keeping the screwdriver steady. The shaft always rotates in the direction of the balltop; the screwdriver should allow you to unscrew the balltop without the shaft rotating. |

To remove each screw from the nuts that holds the panel together, press on the nut's flat surface with your forefinger, and use a mini Phillips head screwdriver on the black screw. Continue for the 5 additional screws, and the plexi panel and artwork will fall out on its own. Installing your paper artwork or plexi is now a simple manner of reversing each of the steps. It helps to tilt forward the top panel towards the Fightstick base when screwing back in, since the panel will fall out if fully swung up and away from the base. |
The Atrox top panel is constructed using resilient clear acrylic, and layout is cut to precision with a laser etching device.
Options Help |
You have several options to personalize your control panel, such as button layout, removal of control panel or screws in some models, button label etching, and text etching. Jump to: LAYOUT | REMOVING DEFAULT ELEMENTS | CONSOLE BUTTON LABELS | ETCHED TEXT | ETCH TEXT FONTS | PARTIAL & FULL ETCH | ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONSPlexi Color, ThicknessBelow are visual examples of available acrylic colors and thicknesses. Not all colors are available for each thickness, nor are the materials and thicknesses accessible for each Fightstick model. Some colors come in a specific thickness, and are too thin or thick to install properly on the Fightstick. Additionally, some material thicknesses do not allow for full etch, as the material can warp from the laser. When multiple colors and thicknesses are available for your Fightstick model, you will find them within the options list. Notes about Black Matte, White Matte & White Gloss![]() ![]() Black Matte is available in .125" (3mm) thickness only. This color and material texture can be purchased without etching. For AllFightsticks models, you can use the black matte plexi panel as a full replacement for the metal panel.
You can also order with partial or full etching. Unlike clear acrylic, etching is performed on surface of the acrylic. If you are submitting etch artwork for opaque acrylic such as black matte or black gloss, you do not need to reverse the graphic. More tips on how to submit artwork for etching is available here.
![]() ![]() ![]() White Gloss and White Matte is available in .125" (3mm) thickness only. This color and material texture can be purchased without etching. For AllFightsticks models, you can use the white matte plexi panel as a full replacement for the metal panel.
We currently do not offer etching services for White Gloss or White Matte color. While it is possible to etch on white acrylic, we believe many customers will not be pleased with the results, since the etch is barely visible.
White acrylic is also semi translucent - about 20% transparent. You will receive a white cutout that you can place underneath the acrylic. You can also place a brightly colored artwork underneath for a cool effect. Layout ConfigurationEach Fightstick has its own characteristics, with some sharing similar elements, such as the popular Vewlix button layout. We will specify what options are available for each Fightstick. Below are the most common button layout configurations: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 8 Button Vewlix

Removing Default ElementsSome Fightsticks, such as the popular MadCatz TE, offer additional personalization options by removing default elements such as control panel, start button, or screws. Cut options are defaulted to their authentic counterpart, displayed as [YES (default)] in the options list. For example, a MadCatz TE, the default configuration is to have the turbo/guide portion of the control panel cut, so that the control panel can fit properly. You have the option to select [NO] to prevent cutting these areas. ![]() ![]() ![]() Cut Control Panel? [NO]
Cut Start Button? [NO]
Cut Middle and/or Bottom Screws? [NO]
Cut Control Panel? [NO] - If you own a MadCatz TE, and installed a PS360+, you may no longer need the Turbo/Guide area of the control panel, located at top left. This option allows you to remove the Turbo/Guide portion. Please note that you MUST remove the actual control panel on the TE by unscrewing it before applying the plexi, or you risk damaging the plexi. Also, please make certain to select this option if you are also choosing to have artwork printed, or the plexi and artwork won't match. Cut Start Button? [NO] - On some joysticks - such as the Qanba Q4 - the start button is directly on the panel. You can select to have this removed. You can also select this should you desire a panel similar to the Eightarc Fusion or Synthesis series Fightstick, as the start button is moved elsewhere. Again, this option is available on specific joysticks. Cut Middle and/or Bottom Screws? [NO] - Selecting "no" on this option allows you to remove the middle top and bottom screw holes on specific joysticks, either for a cleaner appearance or to avoid rubbing your wrist against the screw. Please reconsider this option if you intend to have a full panel etch on your plexi, as etching physically changes portions of the plexi due to heat. In this case, it is best to leave the screw holes in place in order to keep the panel securely positioned.
Console Button LabelsDepending on the plexi material you choose, you can have your preferred console button designation etched onto it. This is helpful if you swap art often, and do not want to place the labeling onto the artwork. Below are the most common console labels. Other button labels may apply specifically to the Fightstick model, such as Dreamcast console for the Agetec HKT-7300 ![]() ![]() ![]() Sony PS3/PS4

Etched TextFor those looking to personalize their plexiglass control panel with their name or handle, but not as familiar with graphic design applications like Photoshop, you can add text etchings. Choose from a variety of fonts, and your position on the control panel. Text PositionYou can place text in one of up to four positions on your control panel. How many positions are available will vary depending on the model of control panel you choose. Of the positions are the following: ![]() ![]() Under Turbo/CP (24pt)

Partial and Full EtchEtching on plexi provides you an extra layer for personalizing your control panel. Artwork is etched onto the bottom of clear plexi, or on top of opaque or translucent color plexi. You have two options to choose. ![]() ![]() Partial Etch (Sample Illustration)
Full Etch (Sample Illustration)
Partial EtchA partial etch is a graphic up to 5 inches square, placed nearly anywhere on the control panel face. You can etch a logo, name/handle, or illustration. Please note that this is not the same as etched text; you will submit the graphic to us for etching. To place an order for a partial etch, select the "Partial (5"x5")" option next to the "Full or Partial Etching" label. We must know where to place your etch graphic on the panel, so be sure to provide placement instructions within the "Additional Instructions" text form, or submit the graphic using our Photoshop template. If we don't have this, we will put the task on hold, and send a message asking for clarification on where you want the graphic to appear on the panel. Full EtchA full etch can occupy the entire area of the control panel. It can consist of a single illustration, or multiple illustrations placed strategically on the control panel. To submit your graphic, please use our Photoshop template and click "Choose file" next to "Submit Etch Artwork". Please note: On some models, a full etch graphic is not available, as the plexi used for that model is thinner than .060" and thus can warp under the heat that is generated from a laser etching machine. Etch Graphic ResolutionIt is recommended that the graphic submitted is high-resolution - between 300dpi or 600dpi (dots per inch). Anything less may etch with less fidelity. Click for more information about submitting etch artwork.
Additional InstructionsIf you would like to clarify something regarding your personalization that wasn't covered in the options, you can complete the "Additional Instructions" form. Please do not make requests for customization outside of the requirements of the plexi, such as fixing your graphic, or creating a logo, as any orders placed in "HOLD" status is pushed to the bottom of the queue until it is changed back to "IN PROGRESS". |
