Sanwa'a latest expansion into translucent gaming peripherals is the Sanwa LB-30N-CW Translucent Battop. This American-style battop mimics the Sanwa LB-35-CW Clear Balltop in its visual clarity and use of JLF compatible threaded hole. No adapter is necessary. Sanwa has not yet confirmed that they will expand into similar colors as the OBSC line, but this battop represents a strong offering for additional customization for your arcade cabinet or FightStick.
Please note that the battop threaded hole is not compatible with balltop LEDs. Feed an LED into the battop requires drilling into the metal threaded hole.
After a few years playing strictly balltop I started getting hand cramps, after moderately intense play sessions. I decided to try a battop and adjusting my grip and now I've been cramp free. Also I just hit 100 hours of play time on this battop and have no issues with look or feel of the stick. Still as clear as when I got it.Matt D

Love this thing
I always had a trouble with the balltops for some reason. They just did not feel right to me. Once changing it out to this battop I am never going back. Probably ordering more for the rest of my collection. Switching them all out._XO

I never use a battop before, now I love it.
So I need to fill up an order in FocusAttack so I decide to try one of this battop and well upon installation it feels a lot better for me.
I'm still new with fightsticks, all life been playing on pad but I had to switch to sticks to play a little longer and to better use the buttons.
Did a try and well for me is easier to use the battop than the balltop due the extended height that way I feel a little more control over my inputs, still not clean but a lot better than the balltop.
So I'm really happy with this.Andres Serrano Garcia

I've had 2 Korean Crown levers... 303 and 309, both of the original bat tops that came with those started getting cracks in the acrylic, and there are very few options beside a JLF conversion shaft, so I went with a JLF conversion shaft and this bat top a few months ago... suprise... a couple hundred hours of Tekken later, it now has cracks in it. I can't feel the cracks with my fingers yet so it's just an eyesore right now, but the cracking problem was the whole reason I got this one. I've never dropped my stick or did anything outside normal gaming that could've caused this. I'm considering trying the "Kori" bat top or an aluminum one, but I may end up just putting the standard black bat top back on.FacksMasheen

Prefer it over Ball Top
It feels a lot more sleek and streamlined than the Ball Top that came with my Hori Rap 4.
Easy to install and works great so far. Tyler Glasheen (Numinextra)

Clear Bat top has finally arrived!
Purchased two of these but have yet to build up the courage to drill out a hole to feed a led into it. Currently working on a way to hold the bat top to drill it. For the american players born in the 70's and 80's this will feel a tad bit small in the hand compared to a Suzo-Happ / IL bat top. The tapering at the bottom of the bat top need to extend a bit more to match the Suzo-Happ / IL Bat Tops. The Sanwa bat top is around 52.26mm in height or 2.058 Inches where as the Suzp / IL bat top is 58.95mm or 2.321 inches. It is a difference you can feel in the hand. But as with all things once you start playing with it it doesn't make that big of a difference.Bryce Van Horn

Solid battop, feels much better than the balltop that came with my Qanba Q1.
Easy installation and shipping was on point.
Wish I could have gotten another color but they were mostly all sold out, but that's not something worth deducting a star.Unknown
