This heavy-duty, 18 AWG European AC power cord consists of a 3-prong Type G male supply end, and 3-pin IEC-320-C13 female equipment end.  The female end connects to your equipment, or can be cut off and wires stripped for easier connection to a terminal based power supply.  The cord also comes with an integrated fuse, which is replaceable with a 3A fuse for protection of smaller appliances.
