Important Notice Regarding Custom Artwork/Plexi Turnaround Time

On Monday, March 22, our main printer began experiencing technical issues. We are continuing to work on a solution with available technical support to resume printing. Our last update from the technician was that parts for potential repair are shipped and will likely arrive Tuesday, March 31. Repair may occur next day depending on parts arriving on time and condition of COVID-19 lockdown in the state of New Jersey.
Orders that are marked as "In Progress" have been processed for printing, but not yet printed.
We thank you for your patience as we continue to fulfill existing custom orders.
If you have placed a custom order, please use the Custom Job Tracker to follow its progress. If you have any questions about your custom order, you can email our customer service representative or click the Help button at the bottom left of this page.
From start to finish, the FA Plexworks Custom Job Tracker keeps you updated of your custom order progression. To use the tracker, enter your order ID and press "Search". If you have multiple items, you can scroll up or down using your mouse or touchscreen. Click on any items that are highlighted red in search results for an explanation of each status or more information in notes.
Please allow at least 24 business hours for newly created custom orders appear on this list. List is updated Monday-Friday 9am-3pm EST.
