Important Notice Regarding Custom Artwork and Plexi Availability

Due to repeatedly harsh weather conditions over the past two weeks preventing staff from attending work, we are temporarily halting new custom orders while staff attempts to catch up with orders placed within the past week.  We will resume taking custom artwork and plexi orders on Monday, March 1.

If you have any questions about your custom order, you can email our customer service representative or click the Help button at the bottom left of this page.

To prevent your custom order from entering HOLD status, please consider reading our tips to submit artwork and plexi requests.  Additionally, please use our FA Photoshop control panel templates, and as instructed in the templates, do NOT flatten your artwork to the control panel layouts.

From start to finish, the FA Plexworks Custom Job Tracker keeps you updated of your custom order progression. To use the tracker, enter your order ID and press "Search".  If you have multiple items, you can scroll up or down using your mouse or touchscreen. Click on any items that are highlighted red in search results for an explanation of each status or more information in notes. 

Please allow at least 24 business hours for newly created custom orders appear on this list. List is updated Monday-Friday 9am-3pm EST.
