Customers have reported that emails to our support and orders @ focusattack.com are receiving a strange message from Googlemail.com. A screenshot is displayed below:
Over the past months we switched to Google Workspace for internal business operations. This would handle incoming and outgoing email but was not fully implemented on our domain nameservers. We kept it under a different server and retained the server's settings to direct emails properly. Unbeknownst to us, our e-commerce service switched us completely to Google including the nameserver. Google did not have the nameservers set up and therefore defaulted to a catch-all email account under office@focusattack.com. That email doesn't officially exist.
To address this, we're working with Zendesk - our customer service application - to re-establish the domain nameservers and properly direct orders@focusattack.com, support@focusattack and feedback.com to those Zendesk email accounts. This will allow the email addresses to function properly again.
