Store Temporary Closing March 25-27. Reopening March 28.

Focusattack.com is temporarily closing its online storefront starting midnight (12:00AM EST) March 25 and ending at 11:59PM EST March 27. No new orders will be permitted during this period.

What happens to unshipped orders during that period?

Orders made before March 25 will continue to process by our staff. You will continue to receive order updates from our storefront, and a notification when your order is completed and shipped.

Can I still get in touch with Customer Support?

Yes - our customer support staff will be available to answer questions during the period as well. 

Why is the store going offline?

Focusattack.com is upgrading its online storefront backend to a newer version of the BigCommerce platform.

Are there any changes we should be aware of?

We took great effort to keep much of the shopping experience the same as before. That said, there are some adjustments to store presentation, and content you should be aware of:

• All stock notification alerts are reset. If you had subscribed to receive a restock update of a certain product, you will need to resubscribe. 
• As for site presentation, you will see subcategories appear on a new left side navigation.
