USPS Shipping to Canada No Longer Restricted

In November 2024, Canada Post workers enacted a strike that halted shipments for several weeks. That recently ended due to government intervention. 

During the period, all USPS shipments to Canda were held, and USPS no longer accepted mail to the country.  As of Monday, January 6, this restriction is lifted.

If you are a resident of Canada, this means we can allow shipping via USPS First Class International and Priority again. I know many have asked about it and am glad that - for now - we are able to resume shipping under this lower cost method.

That's Great, But Why are So many Products Out of Stock Right Now?

Most products we sell must be imported from Japan or South Korea. Our last restock, which occurred during our Cyber Week sale, was depleted heavily due to the sale event. We must reorder those products to replenish our inventory. 

Unlike retailers who typically depend on the holiday season to move long standing inventory, that's not really something that happens in our side of things simply because much of it is imported. We can only import so much inventory due to shipping costs.

We run sale events in part because it's expected of us during this period. Sales typically slow heavily during October and November because many expect those prices to drop during a sale event. That's the reality most arcade part retailers in the FGC will face, even if not publicly shared. 

In any case, our restock inventory is in transit and I hope to have those parts back in stock within 2 weeks. Thanks for your patience!
