1. A Subtle Change for the Better

2. I'm so happy!

   I've never thought about "modding" my Madcatz TE, i've just been playing with it for over 10 years, I love it, but one thing always bothered my about it: it's lever.
   
   The Sanwa JLF lever has quite a significant gap between the stock actuator and the microswitches, causing the shaft to wobble in its neutral position. An other consequence of this is that the neutral zone is too large, increasing the chances of miss direction inputs because you have no feedback letting you feel where you are before you actually hit in input.
   
   I eventually decided to change the whole lever, when i found out about this 4 bucks custom actuator, so i gave it a try.
   
   And man o' man, this is beyond my expectations! This little piece just fixed all the issues I had with the Sanwa JLF. No adjusting required, it immediatly felt A LOT better in game.
   
   I also got an aluminium shaft to make the lever feel lighter, and a dab of grease to lubricate the pivot after complete cleaning of the lever.
   
   Now i don't feel like buying a new lever anymore, my JLF just feels perfect! Chicken Run on Oct 12th 2021

3. Shorter Throw? No Problem

   Adding the Kowal 1mm Oversize Actuator with the 2lb Sanwa spring and the Kowal Octogate really helped me when i'm playing Ultra Street Fighter IV with either Ken, Ryu, Sakura, Sagat and Poison along with a lot of fighting games either on my consoles or my PC emulators with my Hori RAP4. It's my first time trying out the shorter throw and even though I switch sticks sometimes with Qanbas with the JLF I'm really happy with how the RAP4 Hayabusa stick works now. 4. Fewer missed inputs

6. Good addition to the Sanwa stick

7. Like a short-shift kit for your Sanwa!

   LOVE what this piece did for the Sanwa stick on my Hori EX. I did a bunch of upgrades at once, and the stick is in top-form now. I also added the Octo-gate, 2 lb. spring, and new switches, and the stick is as good as any I’ve played. The oversized actuator really cuts the travel between switches and makes the stick much more responsive. Highly recommend it as an upgrade-I found it quite by accident, but when I read the description, I knew I would not regret getting it. Victor on Sep 3rd 2020

8. It just works

9. Perfect accompanying piece
