1. My favorite addition

   The timing has become noticeably quicker after adding this, I also have a 4lb spring in there so that one stick just became a lot more fun.
   
   I also got the octopus for another stick and mad I didn't order 2 at the same time so now the vlx is in the corner until I make another order. Tone on Mar 17th 2016

2. A great addition to ANY Hayabusa Stick

   I bought this and the KOWAL Hayabusa Octopus Octo Gate and this has DRASTICALLY improved my execution. If you've got the Hayabusa, I can't recommend enough picking both of these up at the same time. Codi on Mar 11th 2016

3. A must have!

4. For the best precision

   This mod is for people who demand the fastest and most precise reactions. If you're not precise you can end up accidentally inputting jump or other inputs but if you're precise and demand the fastest of responses, this will help you reach those ends.
   
   This is great for minimizing movement on the stick and, as a result, making your inputs that much faster. Jon on Mar 5th 2016

5. Great upgrade for execution

   I love the kowal 1mm actuator. Combines with the 2lb spring it gave me a tighter and quicker response to executing my moves.
   
   Personal cons: I could not it to work with my hayabusa. For some reason it get stuck when moving. Certain directions worked fine but to other sides it would get stuck. Stefnhawkn on Feb 3rd 2016

6. Fit for purpose

   It is the same quality as a the rest of my sanwa stick on my razer atrox. its slightly thicker than the stock one which reduced the throw to make my shmup games more responsive sean on Feb 1st 2016

7. Great for octo gates

   I put octo gates on my cab years ago but one thing always bugged me about them, they extend the horizontal and vertical throw to the gate. If you think of the standard square gate, the octo gate applies that corner distance to the x/y axes as well. Anyway the Kowal actuator pulls the distance back in and makes for a much tighter stick, it's really nice if the openness of the octo gate vs square bugs you.
   
   There's one other side effect I noticed as well, the stick feels slightly tighter. I'm not sure if the Kowal is a little taller where the spring meets, or if it's something with the switch activation shape difference or what, but whatever it is the stick feels tighter as a result. It's a really subtle change but I like it. Unknown on Dec 11th 2015

8. Extremely Responsive

   I bundled this with the 2lb spring mod, and immediately noticed the difference in tension and responsiveness, when compared to the stock Sanwa JLF setup I had been using for years. This actuator is an excellent addition to any stick, but be warned it shortens the throw of your joystick considerably, and will almost certainly take a moment of "getting used to." Overall, it kills the unnecessary dead-space found in the stock Sanwa JLF, and promotes more precise and deliberate inputs. Unknown on Oct 13th 2015

9. Great upgrade

   I think these actuator should be standard on all sanwa but maybe not everyone likes the shorter throw. Overall a great add on. Move execution are improved by far. Will be buying a few more as i have 5 arcade sticks. Hear me out but I think the material should be something a bit more durable as these will wear out. Unknown on Sep 29th 2015
