  • Product Description

    Sanwa introduced the Sanwa the JLFD-TP-8YT - their official take on the detachable joystick lever. This product - the JF-SDL replaces the joystick shaft in this model, in case the original is lost or damaged. 

    Please note that this product is NOT compatible with the Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT Joystick, Sanwa JLF-TP-8Y-SK Joystick (No Plate Installed), or Sanwa JLF-TPRG-8BYT-SK Higher Tension Silent Microswitch Joystick. You cannot replace the shaft in those models with this to make it detachable, as the base in these models is constructed differently.

    1. Replacement extension for GRS Control Panels

      These worked as expected and fit nicely. Used them to replace the original joystick knobs on the GRS Control panels for my iiRcade cabinets. on Mar 16th 2024

    2. Does not fit

      This shaft does not screw all the way down into the controller leaving about a 1/4 of an inch gap. Because there is a gap, the screw part of the shaft will bend under heavy use. Not ready for primetime. on Mar 19th 2022
