Hori's models have varied in joystick and button placement. The older SA models have the joystick placed closer to the pushbuttons, and buttons slightly higher than the more recent "Kai" model, which positions the joystick further left. The modern Hori RAP series was not designed for custom artwork, so it requires removing the top artwork panel via hair-dryer or heat gun, the glue underneath the panel (what remains on the metal panel) via Goo-Gone or similar. A 1/40" thin acrylic film is utilized for this.
Options include Vewlix button layout, choice to remove start button, and middle screw.

Second to none

Compatible with Hori RAP V4 (Import)
This print & corresponding plexi, are compatible with the Hori RAP V4 Import model. I suppose this model was somewhat uncommon, I had purchased it on the cusp of the PS4 release, from a shop that had apparently imported them back in 2014 or so. I took the measurements from the stick and over layed them with the template .psd for this product and they line up flush. Just wanted to leave a heads up for anyone who may be looking to get custom art for this particular stick in the future as the site doesn't list this particular model. Unknown on Feb 11th 2020

Works as intended
The plexi and artwork are great! My only gripe was my fault. I thought this would be the same dimensions as the RAP V but the screws are kind of off. So, if you have a RAP V, don't get this because it won't fit. Trades on Jul 26th 2016
