If you have any questions, would like to initiate a return (RMA) or have a concern, there are multiple ways to reach out.

Before you Contact Us

We may have answered some of your questions already. It is worthwhile to check out:

  2. Our store Frequently Asked Questions - many common questions about ordering, shipping, RMAs and more are answered here.
  3. Looking to return an order? Here are the details to get started. Read our FAQ on how we handle return requests.
  4. If you have a custom artwork or plexi order, and want to know how its progressing, visit our Custom Job Tracker. Make sure you're logged in to access your custom order list.
  5. Click the help icon at the bottom left of every page. The icons look like this:

If You Still Need Help

We have several ways to get in touch

  1. Send a message to orders@focusattack.com. If you have an order, be sure to include the order ID in your message.
  2. If you need technical assistance, please send a message to support@focusattack.com. We'll try to help, even if the product you purchased was not from FA.

Why No Contact Us Form?

Rather than the built-in store contact form, we use Zendesk, a streamlined customer service portal that helps us centralize inquiries you may send to us. There, we can respond to questions, provide automatic responses to common questions in our knowledgebase, and keep track of inquiries as support tickets.
