This heavy-duty, 18 AWG European AC power cord consists of a 2-prong CEE 7/7 European male supply end, and 3-pin IEC-320-C13 female equipment end.  The female ends connects to your equipment, or can be cut off and wires stripped for easier connection to a terminal based power supply.  The power cord is CE and VDE certified.
