    Disclaimer: DX Bobbin manufactured after June 2024 Not Compatible with Crown Replacement Battop or JLF Conversion Shaft

    We recently learned that a Crown 309 DX Bobbin for Tension Grommet that is manufactured after May 2024 does not fit any Crown Replacement Battop for 309, 307, 303 Series nor our Crown JLF conversion shaft. These products have a shaft diameter of 7.6mm with a +- .1mm tolerance.  Before June 2024, the DX bobbin was 7.8mm.  Without prior warning, Samducksa/Crown reduced the bobbin inside diameter to 7.7mm, leading to fit discrepancies with our these products. It will fit the current version of the Crown CWL bobbin, however. If you don't already own this bobbin, you'll want to bundle it with your purchase of this product.

    Until Samducksa possibly reverts the DX Bobbin back to 7.8mm, we are offering the Crown 309-CWL Bobbin for Tension Grommet as a free pack-in with the Crown CWL-309-MJ-NEW-Helpme-KMS-ST30 Joystick. This chart explains the current discrepancy.

    This Crown/Samducksa Replacement Battop is compatible with Crown 309, 307, and 303 Series joystick levers, including the Crown CWL-309-MJ-NEW-Helpme-KMS-ST30 Joystick.

    Does not come with E-Clip. Use Existing or Bundle Spare E-Clip with Purchase. 

    Please note that if you already own one of these Samducksa levers, please use e-clip and dustwasher from your existing lever to install. Alternatively, you can purchase the E-Clip for Crown 303/307/309 Series Joystick if you need a spare.

    1. Nice purple color bat, classic

      Beautiful battop top. IMO Crown bats look real good and stand out from other Korean lever battops.

    2. Very nice colors

      So I'm not sure if they're all like this in terms of color, but the secondary lines running through the purple have this dark pinkish-red hue to them and it looks so nice in contrast to the main purple color. The picture doesn't really show you the color of the lines too well but I was pleasantly surprised when I received this in conjunction with the Crown309 "benylis".

      Unfortunately this is a single piece of work and you can't unscrew the top from the shaft. Bummer. The base of the battop is also sharp, as in not rounded off. Not a huge problem just a bit noticeable.       on Nov 20th 2020

      I really like the design of these battops. They`re glossy and have various colors, each color is vibrant and the whole bat looks elegant because of the concentric circles. I especially appreciate that Crown has a purple color, since it`s my favorite. Matches my translucent purple Seimitsus awesomely. on Apr 17th 2019

    6. Purple Battop just like newer HelpMe

      So from what I've been told... the newer Crown HelpMe, the one that HelpMe himself is rockin, comes with the purple battop. This shaft top combo is top quality and looks really good in my stick case. It is the same material (glass?) as any other default Crown battop/shaft and feels really good to the touch. I wish the creators of the Myoungshin Fanta would offer different color battops besides the stock black it comes with. 5 stars for this device as it works at it's intended and looks great! on Dec 29th 2017
