Duelpad has sold the Zen 16 in two models:

RGB BUTTON (OLD MODEL) - The device contains a dedicated RGB button positioned to the left of the top left M1 button.
NO RGB BUTTON (NEW MODEL) - The RGB button is missing from this model.
